Property was well maintained, clean and a good location 5 minutes drive from Beau Valon center. Bus stop closeby. Next to a small (public) beach which is great for snorkeling. Be mindful of the season as sea can get rough.

The view from the balcony was lovely. Friendly tortoises live in the backyard. The whole area is well maintained and pleasant. Easily reached by bus.

We really enjoyed our stay. Stuff was super nice and helpful. We could stay in the garden on the day of departure. We had everything that we needed. Clean flat. Big bed. Kitchen, balcony. Kajaks for free. Snorkeling in front of the hotel possible (depending a bit on the tides). Dive shop picked us up in front of the hotel. There is a small supermarket around the corner and a bigger one in maybe 5-7min walking distance. Bus stop directly in front of the house. busses running every 30min - most of the time ;)

The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. There were everything you need, even drinkable water and free milk. Very beautiful view with nice small private beach. We had wedding ceremony between our stay and they gave us complimentary champagne. It was the most perfect stay in all Seychelles. The staff were really friendly and kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and facilities, staff were great too, providing useful local information and suggestions about places to visit. They also sorted out car hire and taxis for us.

Great location, just on the beach with a small almost private :) reef, small shop with everything and bus stop at the gate, the staff very helpful and kind, 10-15 min walk to Beau Valon beach

Pancy, Jane, Max & Tara all amazing. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Beautiful family run business with a personal touch. Accommodation decor is to a high standard. Tara provided us with clean towels/beach towels everyday. She ensured the place was clean and tidy. Jane made sure our stay was comfortable from the min we checked in/out. Max (with a big smile) keeps the property and surroundings looking fresh and the gardens outside the property looks amazing. They provid guests access to kayaking facilities free of charge which is amazing as the sea is just in front of you. We had access to the sea/beach from the property and the cove feels like its a private beach for guests. We hired a car and parking on the grounds was not an issue. As we were returning guests Katrina (owner) provided us dinner on night and it was delicious. Local fish cooked creole style. We stayed in the Anse Royal suite which is the entire lower floor. Accommodates up to 4 guests. Very spacious and the sliding double doors in each room makes it feel like your outside all the time. THANK YOU Katrina & the Team for a lovely stay. Definitely see you again.

Excellent, brand new apartments with stunning appliances and equipment. Comfy chairs and sunbeds on a huge veranda. We booked the lower floor appartment with sea view, and thats exactly what we got. Direct views over the ocean, directly from the bedroom. Very helpful staff (Jane), organised taxis and boat trips. Kids loved the turtles on the premises. Pure luxury and good value for money.

The apartment was very big and the view of the sea and sunset was amazing. The owner was very nice and helped me put up a sofa bed. The place is very clean and there is aircon in the lounge as well as the bedroom.
