During summer period, Kempinski hotel guests may benefit from an all-day access pass to the luxurious Summerland Bay resort upon room reservation. Non-registered guests and visitors will be subject to an additional Summerland Bay entrance fee.
The property does not guarantee the type of beds booked and it will be allocated upon availability. This is applicable for the below rooms: Superior Room, Deluxe Summerland Resort View Room, Deluxe Sea View Room, Grand Deluxe Pool Room and Grand Deluxe Private Jacuzzi® Room.
The covered pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. without large inflatable devices. The staff were nothing short of exceptional. In particular Sarah (fantastic lady in red), Youssef, Nora, all the breakfast staff and the two maintenance guys who came to fix our light. Excellent facilities. Great location. Shame that things were obviously paired back for winter.
