I would like to thank the staff espacially Dilane foe the warm welcoming and the staff were very helpful .The hotel is cosy clean and confortable..i enjoyed my stay .

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the manager Ali, he is very welcoming, the lady on the reception I forgot her name amazing she is always smiling and very helpful. The location is superb . Follow up from Nivin is really professional.

A SMILE was the entrance approach of the Receptionist, the valet parking, the room service man, and even the cleaners. Ali, Layal and Jana were so helpful, kind, flexible and professional in dealing with and on time response to any request. The swimming pool was fantastic on the last roof with a beautiful sea view. Very nice place with spectacular pool. My whole experience would have never be the same if Nivin and Dana didn’t move earth and ground to help me out. I never felt that welcome anywhere in my life and I felt very secure. The place is clean and the location is perfect. The electricity is working very well as well as the wifi. 10/10 without any doubts!!
