Extremely convenient. Starbucks right across, literally 3 mins walk to Dengshikou subway station, if you travel by Didi or any car services, any of the major attractions is 15 mins drive away (not considering road congestion) the hotel is very quiet, which is good for rest. Special thanks and compliments to Mr Zhang Yu, who is friendly, warm and very helpful in answering my questions about the local attractions. He also helped to arrange my car and trip to the Great Wall, thank you. Cleaning staff also do a great job, they always keep the things in my room neat without messing up my personal items.

Location, room size and cleanliness. 24/7 laundry and dryer facilities. Food delivery robot. Helpful staff, particular call out to Kevin for his assistance during our stay.

Great location and front desk staffs are friendly and helpful especially 小龙 (staff at the luggage storage desk) he helps us a lot during our 3 nights stayed. His personal service spirit adds a lot of credits to this hotel👍🏻

The room was very clean and very nice suited. The Location was very good. The hotel staff could learn little english but we menaged to communicate every day :) Everything else was on a high level. Would visit again!

Lovely stay, good for families. Excellent location, good breakfast, nice rooms. Good value for money. Good free laundry facilities. Our daughter forgot her favourite earrings in the room - staff returned them safely. The subway Dengshikou station – line 5 - is in the immediate vacinity of the property. Walking distance to Tiananmen & Forbidden City. Wangfujing Street is also nearby - big shopping centres, good restaurants. Hotel desk helped booking tickets for Mao Memorial & museums.

Good location, only 2 mins from metro line 5, also walkable to wangfujing (800m walk). Has shopping centre 5 mins nearby with a supermarket. Convenience store opposite hotel. Room has 6 bottles of water which was much appreciated. Housekeeping did a very good job as the room was really clean.

Park Plaza hotel is great value for money. It is clean and comfortable with large rooms. Park Plaza is located in the very center of Beijind having luxury stores and various restaurants around. Subway is close. Great personnel, especially Nick - he was very friendly and supportive 🙏🏻
