The room service food wasn’t great and none of the staff spoke english. Everything else was wonderful.

The room was very spacious for a family of 4 . The location was good and near to eateries and mall. The facilities are good with indoor heated pool and a Spa jacuzzi pool. The staff at check in counter as well as the staff at the entrance are always friendly and helpful . The breakfast also very good quality and spread !

The room was extremely spacious and came with plenty of storage options. It was also very quiet, not much from the hallway or other rooms was noticed. The spa / pool area of the hotel was very enjoyable with different options (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room). It was very nice to relax here after exploring the city all day. The location of the hotel was great! About 10-minute walking distance to the next metro station and less than 30 minutes to the entrance of Tiananmen Square. The location allowed us to walk to many places. Lastly, the service of the hotel was good as well, nothing to complain. We would definitely come back.

Outstanding hotel in Beijing! The breakfast is something incredible and they also have an espresso machine in the room. The relaxation zone with swimming pool is wonderful, totally worth it

Great room, great location, and fantastic facilities. In particular, the staff let us use the pool after checking out because of a late flight. We wish that we'd stumbled across the pool facilities sooner, they were fantastic.
