I liked the cosy vibe and Mark the host was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and helpful we are very grateful to him! It was super clean and quiet and had an authentic vibe. It was very good value for money in a decent location around 10mins from metro stations with lots of food options nearby.

The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were orientated well with how Beijing works. The location is perfect, only a short walk away from the underground station that is only a short ride away from all major attractions. The place itself is aesthetically appealing, after a busy day it's a quiet and cosy vibe to come back to. Breakfast was great and there was hot tea available 24/7.

Mark was really helpful and friendly. When we first arrived, the hotel was full so we got the room near the kitchen. It was okay, but small and the toilet didn’t smell great. We didn’t ask, but the next day when people checked out, Mark automatically offered to shift us to a courtyard facing room. The second room was more spacious and had natural daylight, which we really liked. We didn’t feel cold (we were there the first week of January), the property was heated well. If you are a light sleeper you might be disturbed, because noise from people in the courtyard will drift in. It didn’t affect us. If you call a didi, you can lookup “Beijing Kailijia hotel”.
