The hotel was great! Perfect ambiance at my room, great breakfast, great location close to city centre by walks and their staff and especially the hotel Manager mr Khalid was excellent and the customer service was the best I ever experienced!

1.Friendly and helpful personal, 2. Clean rooms, 3. Daily change of toothbrush, toothpaste, comb in the room. 4. Enough drinking water, 5. Excellent water temperature in the bathroom, room renovation. 6. Asparagus, natural orange juice, etc. for breakfast.

Lovely architecture and bath in the room (it fills up so quickly). Friendly staff members- one spoke amazing German and I could converse with him in German.

The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Particularly like their interior decoration. Location is very centralised and quick to access to all the attractions. Excellent location, right next to the train station.

The staff are delightful and helpful. Lobby is filled with sculptures and arts, eye pleasing. Good location to all places of interest. Bed sheet was nice and clean.

Room was spacious and comfy. Special thanks to Hank. He assisted to recover my lost passport from the airport, and kept us updated throughout the day on the progress with the customs.

The room was fantastic, everything looked better than the pictures. The hotel was recently renovated and all details were thought through. It was a birthday occasion and they had balloons, messages over the room, they made it feel very special.
