Location was great. We came in by taxi when our flight arrived early hour in the morning, pleasantly surprised to have our room upgraded foc. Staff were all friendly & helpful in every way. On different days, they helped to book & buy tickets to various attractions, bcos our overseas phone numbers do not allow us to do so on wechat. We opted out of hotel breakast, there were really nice breakfast options just across the street. Thank you XinQiao!! We had a great stay!

Very nice location and excellent facility. Extremely helpful staff at the Concierge. Full marks for their support service and hospitality. But the Carpets in the room are very dirty.

Hotel is near to subway line2 (5minutes walk). To reach restaurants you need to walk for 10minutes. 1st time i experienced this where booking showed rm900 ++ but hotel actual charged was rm1100++. Feel disappointed with this and hotel stuff just mentioned this is rules and they have extra charge. I reported this to booking but no respond.

One of the best strategic locations in city central. MRT station in front of the hotel as well as various shopping malls and michelin level cafe and noodle restaurants. Not far from Beijing Central Station. Our executive twin bed room was very good.⁰0

Location: right in front of the metro station and walking distance to many places of interest. Accessible to many malls (opposite the hotel) and local eateries.

It’s centrally located next to the metro line 2 and 5. There are malls nearby and good food places too. The room was cosy and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
