It is a small service apartment and the room is big with a washing machine! The room was supposed to come with breakfast but somehow they said kitchen had a problem and will not charge us for the breakfast but they continue to provide a fruit, a pastry or bread and a pack of milk every day! Front desk staff were all very friendly Location is great too as there are many eateries nearby

Location is about 8mins walk to nearest subway. Walk out of hutong(the alley) it has plenty of food around and a local market too.. the staff were very helpful and friendly.

-Daily housekeeping just like a hotel -Free bottled water daily -Washing machine with dryer function, with detergent provided -Upgraded our room to a bigger one -Room is relatively clean -Room has heating function -Provided a nice cot, with pillow, blanket and everything -Easy communication via WeChat -Sends food deliveries up to the room using a robot -Able to accept taobao parcels -Nice and friendly staff, always greet us when we come back, and cleaning staff wants to give me more free bottled water when I check out -Convenient drop-off and pickup location nearby via cab -Convenience shop nearby -Restaurants right below

The most loved thing in this apartment was the staff itself.All of them always friendly, helpful willing to solve your issues, even though few of them can't speak english- they would use translator. The doormen uncles also very friendly people. Helped me a lot, because I was alone with my toddler. 2nd thing was the building itself. Comfortable, felt like a home. 3rd. The coffee shops and restaurants are beautiful, offering tasty menus with an affordable price. Try Goodday coffeeshop and barber's coffees!
