Hotel Overview

Hotel Convent de Begur is a restored 17th-century convent, in the beautiful coastal town of Begur, in the Baix Empordà region. It offers free Wi-Fi access and an outdoor pool.
The hotel once belonged to the Minimos religious order, and each room is unique. They have been carefully restored, keeping their original features. The deluxe rooms feature views of the garden and the pool.
It also has lovely gardens and free public parking is available on site.
The Restaurant La Flama prepares traditional Catalan and Mediterranean food.

The room was comfortable with a lovely view. The gardens were beautiful, very pleasant to sit and relax there. The building has been converted very tastefully.

This place is great. location is fantastic (close to the beaches, but remote enough to be quiet). During my stay at Begur, I lost my car key . The staff was incredibly helpful managing the whole situation. They called police station for me, helped me with rental cars, received DHL (with spare key) on my behalf, and kept my luggages extra days until i could get my car back. Really well above what one could expect. Thank you again

staff at reception lovely. Dinner senior members in restaurant attentive, some of the younger staff at breakfast and dinner in need of more hospitality and confidence training. Electricity issues no power in the morning but resolved by 9am. No followup from the hotel to see if anyone was inconvenienced though, even if it wasnt their fault, would have been a nice gesture. Great bread for breakfast. Same each day, eggs and bacon, maybe a dish of the day would be nice.
