The historic building was delightful, the garden was cool and lovely to be in. Loved the old style bathrooms. All the other guests were very quiet and polite.

Very comfortable bed. Great location. Rooms are small and dark with zero amenities. Shared bathrooms were clean. Did not partake of the provided breakfast. But it was$100 for the night.

We stayed in unit 1 in the adjoining 1870s Nun’s Cottage (adjoins the 1889s Priory - both pictured) which was extremely spacious and well equipped - it was self contained with a good kitchen and bathroom. A short walk to the centre of town in a very quiet area. It’s so special to visit historic Beechworth and stay in a genuine part of its early history. Excellent value for money. (We had self checkin so didn’t actually see anyone). No TV - so nice to escape the real world for a while.

The location was very good and we liked the fact it had a separate entrance. Also liked the fact we didn't have to share a bathroom. The bed was comfortable.
