Cottages were cosy and clean. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The guided tour to the waterfalls and clove plantation was challenging (for us; medium level) but fun.

The room was well laid out with a large comfortable king-sized bed and an extra single bed in an alcove. The bathroom was decent and nice to have a bath with kids although it was a bit slow to run. The shower was great though and a good size. The room also had a spacious balcony with a view of the beautifully kept gardens and the hills beyond. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed for two nights. The hotel is so charming, a good break from south Bali heat. The bed was really comfortable. You can choose to have breakfast in your room or in the restaurant, it was quite good. The personnel was very helpful, specially since Grab was not working on a Sunday (beware of it) and they arranged is a driver for the day who was really kind and informative. We fell in love with the hotel.
