Room was good size and well decorated. Some of the items in room 308 was looking a bit worn. Breakfast was good but some items on the menu was not always available to order. Bed and bedding is very comfortable.

Our stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. Upon arrival, we were “upgraded” to the penthouse without any choice in the matter. While the apartment was extremely clean and well-maintained, there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. The bathtub had multiple holes in it, and when we raised our concerns, the staff dismissed them as “normal wear and tear,” which was unacceptable. The linen and pillows were of very poor quality—while clean, they provided little to no support, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Breakfast was disappointing. Although advertised as an ordered meal, the selection was limited, with low-quality options. The warm food section contained items that didn’t even need heating, like fresh fruit, and the muffins were stale. Security was another concern. Our sliding door wouldn’t lock, leaving us feeling unsafe, especially since there was a balcony next to ours. Despite reporting it, nothing was done. Additionally, the room had only thin white blinds with gaps, allowing bright light to shine through all night, making it difficult to sleep. While cleanliness was top-notch, the overall experience was let down by poor-quality amenities, dismissive service, and security concerns.

This hotel went above and beyond. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The breakfast in the morning was superb. They kept our bags for us while we ventured into the city before our flight. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose!

Room was very nice. Initial impression was it was small but it was bigger than average standard room in a hotel. Not that I was particularly bother about the size...nicely laid out , great shower and TV offered lots of choice (Netflix free!!!). I didnt use the gym but it was pretty big and was being used a lot of the time I was there
