room great as i am disabled they put me on a ground floor breakfast good but sometimes i do like hot breakfast but what they do is like beans on toast etc which is good

Clean warm great food and tremendous staff ! Special thanks to Naz for her perception and care when I turned up with serious man flu. 🥵 This is 1 exceptional lady with customer service that goes above and beyond that of a 5 star hotel .

Staff amazing and friendly. Great room and ensuite bathroom. Loved the seasonal decorations (Halloween). Comfortable and cosy and inviting from the outside and interior, option of low lighting and loved the chandelier look of the main accommodation lighting. Highly recommended to travellers near to the town centre (approx 15-20 mins) and 10 mins to Sainsbury's which is easy to find. Great hotel.
