Great location, close to the town centre. Gorgeous view of the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The only criticism I would have is the food was not that good.

Everything was perfect with the hotel, we was lucky the weather was nice and the view on the embankment with the swans was amazing the staff extremely helpful

Lovely hotel in amazing location. So pretty by the river. Room was so lively overlooking the river and staff so friendly. Amazing included breakfast.
