Location was paramount. Visiting family in Bedford. There wasn't much I didn't like. Maybe the door into my room could be adjusted 😐. Way too strong 😒.

Comfortable beds, I have stayed here once a week for around 3 months, it's just what I need, lovely big rooms, always nice and warm, very friendly staff, I always feel welcomed. Plenty of room in the overflow car park (the car park at the front gets full quite quickly) Some evenings there are functions on so there's a little less parking but I've always managed to find a space. Breakfast is great. I've had dinner a few times here and it's reasonably priced for a hotel and although I'm not a foodie I've enjoyed it when I've had it, also a well stocked bar with a few different draught offerings. I plan on staying here again and would recommend wholeheartedly.

A lovely country house. My room and bathroom were huge and nicely decorated. Very comfortable and peaceful, conducive for work and resting. I would definitely return Staff were very helpful and kind
