Excellent location in front of the lake with an amazing view of Lake Lucerne. There is free parking adjacent to the hotel, the restaurant for dinner is expensive but excellent. The hotel staff is very nice and kind and helps with any question or request.

Excelent breakfast and convenient private parking. Our room and bathroom were spacious, very clean, the bed was large, and the balcony had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains! We had fun using the pool table, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious food, although it is slightly pricey.

Beautifully situated on the shore of Lake Lucerne, incredible views from bedroom and bar/terrace. Unbelievably friendly staff and made to feel extremely welcome.

The hotel is very nice, with beautiful views and a very comfortable room. It is located 20 minutes by car from Lucerne and has easy access to the surrounding mountains. The staff was very friendly.

Amazing location , peaceful , great food and staff . 10 minute walk to boats which can take you onto Lucerne and also direct access to cable car up the mountains

Great location close to the main road but far enough away to notice it. Beautiful lakeside with great walks from the hotel up the hills will give you spectacular views. Good restaurant . Friendly staff

The room was modern, clean and tidy. Check in process was easy and the staff were really helpful. The hotel itself was really pretty and the views of the mountains were great too.
