Good hosts very helpfull. Property very clean and tidy well kitted out everthing we needed. Bed was nice and comfy. Bathroom large and very nice. Overall a super place to stay would go again.

Chris and Sue were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Always on hand if we needed something. The accommodation is much nicer than the photos suggest (bigger too) as they've done a lot of work on the cottage after the photos were taken. It was very well equipped and everything was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed our stay in Beccles which is well placed for visits to Norwich, Southwold, Covehithe etc. We are happy to recommend.

We were greeted on arrival by Chis and Sue. We were made to feel welcome immediately and they advised us on the local area. We find the location was excellent for exploring the area on foot and local transport, meaning we didn't have to use the car.
