The team at the Chenal are excellent. Really helpful and very welcoming. The rooms are very clean, comfy bed, nice bed linen and good pillows.

as a consultant having been there twice in the last couple of months, I have decided to review hotel as a tourist. hotel is certainly enigmatic, staff are reasonable Ellie and Kasia are excellent they are so good, what was not put on review was that I stated that hotel cleaners were excellent, dont know why that was not put in.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Old buildings but refurbished rooms and clean. Big, spacious room and quiet location. Convenient location next to the train station and not far from the airport.

clean , mattress comfortable, , big jacuzzi style bath tub. Had a nice lounge. Railstation across the street. Nice places to eat close by.
