By far the best accommodation we’ve had in Ecuador! The location of the guest house is the nicest one you can have in Baños, right at the river with a great few on the surrounding nature. It’s just 1.50-2 USD for a taxi from town or a quick walk. The breakfast is definitely the best one we’ve had in Ecuador with fresh juice, fruits, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, croissant bread, empanadas, eggs and cheese/avocado/tomatoes. We had it on the amazing terrace with hammocks every morning and were often visited by humming birds. The style of the furniture of the guest house is very modern and natural with wood everywhere. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The guest house is run by Johan and his lovely mum. Johan is fluent in English and the nicest person you can imagine. He has helped us with organisation of tours, taxis and our flight cancellation. We would definitely stay again if coming back to Baños!

This place is ridiculously under-priced. A purpose built hotel overlooking the river and the mountains beyond. I saw the pictures of the room with the terrace on the Booking website and decided I had to stay there. It did not disappoint. A charming, spacious place with terrific, well-appointed rooms. Mine had a terrace with a table and chairs and a hammock. The area is practically free of traffic. Banos town is a thirty minute walk away. The waterfalls a little further in the other direction. Johan and his staff are courteous, friendly and professional. A delightful stay.

The personnel are amazing and helps you a lot in whatever queries you have. There is a laundry service if needed. The room was as pictured and very comfortable. The landscape is very beautiful

We booked the room with the terrace that had the view to the river, it was so nice to just relax there. The owner was so nice and accommodating! He was always there to help us figure out transportation, tour recommendations, things to do at night and places to eat. Breakfast was very filling and varied, also I can't eat certain foods so he tried to accommodate breakfast for me :) honestly and awesome stay

Johan was an exceptional and amazing host. He was very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. When I first arrived late at night, it was such a comfortable feeling coming into this place. It felt very cozy and clean. With towels ready for me and Johan waiting for my arrival to help with my bags. This place is a dream. The views are extraordinary and the tranquility of the vibes was unmatched. I loved the concept of the hostel, with the woodwork to the minimalist design. Breakfast was amazing every morning, made fresh with fruits and eggs and bread, served with options of coffee or tea. I was filled for the whole day! Johan was very kind to me, I even didn't have enough change for the taxi and he lent me a couple of dollars, he also went above and beyond to make sure I got into my cab in time and helped me with my luggage to make sure I was able to catch my bus to leave to another city. He is also very knowledgable about doing any activites in Banos and could help plan your trip. I would recommend this place for anyone needing a place to rest and feel at peace with nature. The sound of the river flowing at night and waking up to it was the best feeling ever. 10/10 would recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.
