Very nice hotel with good friendly staff. Comfortable room in an excellent location. We did not gave breakfast but the breakfast room looked very nice.

The elevator was fantastic. Reminiscent of the 29th century. The welcome on arrival was very professional and full of useful information.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped us book and print our bus passes. Our room was also upgraded. It was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and air con was perfect. Location perfect for exploring the old town.

The hotel feels a little old-fashioned but it’s smart, everything works well, so great to stay in a traditional hotel that does not try to be like all the others. We loved the old lift.

Perfect location, choice of restaurants close by including recommended list from the staff. Excellent breakfast. Travelling by motorcycle, I appreciated the private and secured parking.
