Superb location. Staff very attentive and helpful. A little disappointed with the room. Rather small and no comfortable chair. Bed was very comfortable but took up most of the room space. A telephone point but no handset. Bathroom very good.

Central location- 3 mins walk to tapestry - view of cathedral from window. Staff very friendly including the ones in the attached cafe restaurant.

Everyone was so friendly, from the reception to the restaurant staff. The room was big and very comfortable, with chairs to relax in and a desk. We had a beautiful view and skylight, and it stayed very warm despite negative temperatures. The location is a 2 minute walk to most tours pick up point, and the restaurant has good hours and quality food that made it easy to eat after a long day.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was a bit small. No view out of the window to talk of. The location is excellent near all amenities.
