One of the 5 star hotel I liked most in Penang especially the parking system. You dont hv to validate the parking card at the reception counter each time going in/out. Smart system! Thumbs up

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room well decorated, comfortable and very clean. Great breakfast buffet served in the Amaya restaurant. We stayed over Christmas and also booked the buffet Christmas lunch and Christmas eve buffet dinner. Both meals offered a wide variety of different foods illustrating the multicultural diversity that is Penang.
