Very nice and attentive staff, very clean and even fragrant room. We arrived from the resort in Punta Cana, we were delighted with the comfort and energy that was breathed on us.

Reina,the receptionist was exceptional,very friendly and super professional,proactive and efficient. The breakfast staff was also very nice. The location and the pool were great. I totally recommend this hotel!

I absolutely loved the hotel. I got a last minute deal and I stayed in a very nice room with a cozy balcony. The room was spacious, had a free drinkable water station, which was a very nice touch, and everything was spotless. The swimming pool was big and nice. Location was good, about 500m from the docks. Breakfast was not included but they have options at the hotel as well as a nice restaurant across the street. There's also a great pizza place some steps away. Everything was great!
