Brilliant place to stay with great view of black sea and resort. Would stay here again and liked bar area on third floor. Special thanks to Tina (think that's her name) whilst checking me in. What a star she was.

Location is supergreat, staff was great, the bar nice. The room was great. Having the view over the ocean while lying in the bed was fantastic. The only thing to give remarks on is the carpets are getting old and there are many old stains on them.

The best hotel in Batumi, thanks for everything. check-in process was fast thanks to Salome, she also tried to get me the best room she could. due to lot of reservations, it was almost impossible extend my stay but reception supervisor tamila managed to help me and extended my stay as long as i wanted.

Everything is good, the hotel is close to the Boulevard, its location is excellent, and the staff are always helpful and helpful, especially the employee, Ana, who was helpful and served us well. Thank you.
