Fast check in and clean room. We asked for neighbouring rooms and they made sure we got them. We had a nice view from our room.

A very clean hotel, quiet, nearby is a grocery store, there is a kitchen on the top floor where you can make breakfast and coffee (you have to buy ingredients, the hotel does not serve the breakfast). The city center and beaches are 15-20 minutes away by easy walk, or 5 minutes by taxi (not expensive in Batumi, but the use of Bolt is recommended). Great value for money.

Location is nice,close to everything,in the middle of the city Hotel is clean and staff are so friendly and professional It's quiet I can sleep,unlike other hotels in batumi,here the customers are quiet and respect others The manager Giorgi is very careful about details and very exact with customers The sheets of bed and towels are new...

The value for money ratio is ok. The beds are comfortable. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner and a kettle, while an ironing board is available in the corridor. Additionally, the hotel offers a washing machine as an extra service. The host is helpful, and the surrounding area is quiet.

Rather nice location, some places to eat around, ~30 minutes walk to the city center and Black sea. The beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi was fine, the owner (Georgii) is very friendly and helpful. There were no problems to find a parking space despite the hotel has no private parking. The payment is accepted in cash (different currencies) or by card.
