The staff of the property is very friendly and helpful. I lost my key card, and was worried about paying the fine, but they forgave it for me and did not charge me. I like the service and location. Overall great for the price!

Good clean and bright rooms, friendly staff, we were comfortable, close to all necessary places, shops, restaurants and others. Water costs 1 GEL, almost market price. We were surprised, it costs 3 GEL in other hotels. Breakfast was light but very tasty, we liked it

The room was clean and spacious, location was great, between old and new part of Batumi. There was no problem to park on the street. The parking is for a fee, but it was not expensive.

The room was spacious, tidy and with a good view. The staff was really good and helpful, and always available. We were even offered free breakfast for our stay. Early checkin was also made possible for us. All these factors made our stay pleasant and comfortable at this hotel.

Easy to communicate . They have arranged for us early check in , so we could rest after long journey . Very friendly staff, they offered us local treats as hospitality matter , also complimentary water was distributed each time we were heading to the elevator. And by the end of the trip complimentary coffee on the reception area was offered! It was such a nice experience , rooms are spacious, clean .
