This is an excellent option in the heart of the city, 5 mins walk from the beach and next to plenty of restaurants and stores. It's in the middle of a Turkish neighborhood so we had to venture a little further out for Georgian food. Reception was one little abandoned desk but we were able to get hold of someone after 5 mins of calling. The room is wonderful and the bed was the best we had on our trip through Georgia. Iron and hair dryer were promised and delivered after texting the hotel. There was technically a washing machine we used but it was in a different room so we had to use it before the next guests checked in. The view and light were great, as were the AC and Wifi. Traffic is a awful during peak season so factor in an additional 15-20 mins for Yandex/bolt. Nice little balcony for a smoke, wine at the end of a long day of sightseeing.

Good value for money. Late check in was arranged. Safe area. Close to the city center. Clean facilities. Comfortable room. Recommend to stay there.
