Located basically in the center of Batumi, Gurami Guest house is within easy walking distance to the Black Sea, shops, restaurants, and other sites. Just so you know, it's not a "hotel". It's a guest house, so the owner lives and works there as well. It's an older maison that's been converted into rooms, so they have the feel of a bedroom to it. There's a terrace on the third floor where you can relax, wash your clothes, and there's a communal kitchen if you want to cook, or heat something up. There's no breakfast with the price, but there's plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. The owner also has a rather large dog. He's super friendly and doesn't bark. So be prepared to feel like you're staying in someone's house.

Great location. Clean. Cable car 2 minutes walk. Other attractions also at walking distance. Nice big common open space as balcony. Basic kitchen with big fridge, gas and microwave. Basic spices needs to be replenished. On Ist floor, owner resides and accomodation is at second floor. No lift. Grocery store etc across the road. Owner has a bulldog but quite one.
