Very friendly owner and the little guesthouse has everything you need (including a washing machine). The owner kindly gave us some laundry detergent to do a load. Close enough to town and the main sights of Batumi.

I spent five nights in the guesthouse and would stay again. good location in Old Batumi, abou 15-minutes walking to the beach. I enjoy having my own privacy, kitchen facilities, washing machine etc. The area is lively during the day, but quiet at night. Pleasa and helpful hosts.
