My friend and I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, they let us into our reserved room for free 4 hours before check-in. In a few minutes, the general manager contacted us and asked if we needed anything extra, and as a sign of respect, they gave us a real traditional Georgian gift in the room. There are some things I would improve on this hotel, however the people who work there are all exceptionally nice and attentive. Thank you very much for such warm hospitality
