Communication prior to arrival was excellent. Georgi at check in was super friendly and helpful. He found us a kettle for coffee making and bought us extra bedding. The room was large and comfortable. We chose the hotel to be in walking distance of the central railway station which it was (20 min flat walk).

Very nice room, clean with comfortable beds. And a nice view. Plus the owners were very nice & helpful & very communicative on WhatsApp. Bathroom was clean, good hot water. Good wifi. Nice to have a fridge and a little balcony & the rooftop, though I didn't use it because of the rain. Good price too.

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, the aircon worked well, and we were able to check in a bit earlier. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception for a few hours upon checkout. The property has a great rooftop terrace with seating and stunning views. .

Clean linen and towels, very comfortable bed. Aircon was a blessing!!! Staff, very friendly and helpful! Very good for a one night stay.

We ran into a problem and didn't book until about 2300 hrs. A teenager rode a bike over to the hotel to check us in. He was excellent! Good hussle and he went out of his way to look after us.
