The location and the staff at the residence were excellent—extremely helpful and attentive. However, I was given a smoking room even though I don’t smoke, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. The bed and bedding had an unpleasant smell, and the floors didn’t feel clean enough. Despite keeping the windows open, the room still smelled strongly of smoke. When I informed reception, they kindly changed my pillows. As I mentioned, the staff were truly excellent and did their best to assist.

A special thank's for Ms Melek - Supervisor. She was very helpfull and halped me a lot when I was robbed in the city and I called the Police from Bellevue Residence Suits. It was really great and I am very thankfull for all. She was very kind and very involved in helping me!

Beautiful flats in a great location right by the sea. Balcony with direct or side sea view. The centre is only a few minutes' walk away. Rooms are well equipped except for a few small details. The accommodation is highly recommendable.

An amazing hotel located near the lake. A very clean cozy room with a kitchen. The staff was really helpful, friendly and welcoming. Lots of restaurants around and the sea is just a stone's throw away. Highly recommended both for short and long stays!

The location is next to the beach and park. It and a Hilton hotel are based in the twin building. The room I stayed is spacious, but not clean enough. Facilities are wear and tear as the apartment has long been used.

ანა რესეფშენზე ძალიან დაგვეხმარა. ძალიან თავაზიანია. ოთახი ძალიან მოწესრიგებულია. თეთრეულიც და ავეჯიც. აბაზანაც ძალიან მოწესრიგებული და ახალი. 1 წლის წინ დავჯავშნეთ ოთახი ტბის ხედით და მაინც აივნის გარეშე მოგვცეს ოთახი ჰილტონის კედლის ხედით. გვიან ღამით ვთხოვეთ და შეგვიცვალეს ოთახი იმავე სართულზე აივნით.

I was surprised when I saw the apartment .. it was new, modern and has a wonderful view on the lake .. the location in front of boulevard was also great
