The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please inform Pine Tree Hotel in advance if your expected arrival time is after 18:00. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Room looks newly renovated, bigger than I expected. Bathroom was clean. I asked frontdesk for extra shower gel and I was given "EXTRAS". The frontdesk staff gave me total of 4 tubes of shower gel and 4 tubes of shampoo! Good service!

Room - everything worked well except the fridge in one of the rooms. Cleanliness is very good. Breakfast - excellent variety with excellent taste. Nasi dagang, nasi kerabu, mee bandung and laksa johor were pleasant surprises. Kudo to the chef and kitchen crews. Location - good, wish there are more restaurants around Staff - excellent attitude, very friendly and very welcoming

They have got Google TV plus the air conditioner was super cold. The breakfast was tasty and loved the chicken rendang.

Staff were friendly, always greet with a smile. Always ready to serve, helpful to offer advice and directions to places. Even allow me to bring back food to room when my mother was unwell. Excellent!
