All is fine and ok. Unfortunately the self check in staff through calls is not so friendly when queries were directed at her. She should have given her answers with more understanding and empathy if dealing with senior citizens as most senior citizens are not so tech savvy as gen Z.

It’s very comfortable if you are looking for a place to stay overnight. No need pre-payment which is very convenient if let say I decided to change my mind last minute and cancel my booking.
