Spacious room. Relaxing, beach front, gardens with pools. Well kept. Fun animals. Probably best for families with children. They will love it.

The staffs are friendly. Top notch service. They gave attention to details. Room is clean. Breakfast is superb. A lot of facilities for kids. We had a great staycation. Will stay here when we come to Penang next time

Its location is excellent. The hotel layout was good. We were offered to go with Mr Wadi a chauffeur who Drive us around to three tourist attractions and waited for us at said location till we completed our trip. He patiently brought us around to Penang Hill, batik factory and entopia the butter fly farm in 5 hours. It was Such a pleasant day. He also brought my Daughter and her partner in the early hours of the morning to the airport. Best service ever! Breakfast served in the hotel is excellent except on the last morning it was too crowded and we had to move to the beach side location. We didn’t mind that but one of the managers was abrupt and informed us it was closing soon. We had to tell him we were sent down to him by the main venue. Otherwise everything was pleasant.

We arrived and checked into our room. It was late so we decided to eat on the premises. The food was cold, and clearly frozen, even the bread was frozen in the middle. We discussed this with the helpful servers and management and we got a refund on some of the dishes. very helpful! Our room, we upgraded to a room with a balcony view. We entered and my partner cut her foot on a piece of glass and I found a used razor in the shower. We went back down to the office and the attentive staff were quick to react, cleaning and bandaging my partners foot and promptly moved us rooms. I would like to say, although disappointed with many aspects, the staff were excellent and made us feel comfortable and improved our overall stay. Thank-you to the gentleman on the desk who assisted.

The pool area was nice. Breakfast could offer more for westerners. Rooms are very tired and in need of a bit of renovation. I dont think the resort is worth what I paid.
