The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that to ensure that staff are available for your check-in, guests arriving after 18:00 are required to inform the partner of your arrival time before 17:00 on the date of check-in. Urgent delays should be communicated via phone on the day itself. Contact details are provided in your booking confirmation.
All bookings are subject to a Heritage Tax of MYR 2 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this is not included in the room rate.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This is our (i lost count how many times) we stay here. From small motel, to a bigger motel. We are glad the motel expanded their rooms and able to accommodate our now big family. Price is very suitable for us since we have a big family. Always love the location of the motel. THE STAFFS, oh my God, very nice and friendly, will cater our needs and even prepare for our stay. They will expect you with a warm welcome, trust me. The room is big, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is also big. We would love to stay here again every time we come to Penang ! Thank you

The staff couldn't do enough for us, especially when they couriered my forgotten belongings to our next stop. The room is comfortable and only few minutes walk from beach

The room was just what I need, simple, clean, quiet and a good location with 'pasar malam' and places to eat for just a walking distance. I enjoyed my night there.

Its very comfortable, and clean.Walking distance to mini mart and not far from food stalls and night market.Toilet water pressure was good...very peaceful place to stay.Will repeat again in the future. Very friendly staff.
