The fine print

Pros Comfortable. 2 pieces of cookies were given during checkin. Spacious room. Cons Swimming pool under maintenance. The link bridge to the beach should be undergo repair, some part are rusty.

We had a wonderful stay at Doubletree by Hilton Penang. Experienced lovely and warm hospitality by the staff. Our little daughter left her iPhone at the hotel. The housekeeping crew went way above and beyond their scope of work and courier it to us immediately the next day at KL, or else we would miss the parcel as we stayed only one night at KL. We must express our special thanks to Ms Srivalli Muniandy, Housekeeping Coordinator, and her team. It really means a lot 🥰 ❤️ 😔

We booked a king suite with bathtub and ocean view for 3 adults. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilieties were nice with and adult pool, splash pool and many games to play However, we were given our room 1.5 hours late while having to wait in another room. The housekeeping was always late in making up the room and did not replenish supplies for 3 adults. Breakfast had variety of options but most of the dishes had a bland taste. Double tree by Hilton Malacca is far better.

Very helpful and courteous staff, almost everybody we came across - from Makan restaurant to house-cleaning! Whilst checking-out Shalene at the reception is surely worth mentionning.

I like to go again .Hotel Cust service will be in contact with us along the stay to check our satisfaction Abt service...you don't have to call reception or house keeping always...everything will be there .minor things only we ask hotel to fix it.Otherwise,The best hotel to stay for family

Very good family resort. Great location and great facilities. We didnt even het out much because we had new born son.. there is a teddy ville museum you can visit.. the beach is nothing to shout about but most of the time the pool is more than sufficient to our 7 y old son.

We came for a day trip and everything was perfect. Staff were kind and assisting throughout our stay.m and everyone had beautiful smiles on their faces. Yati in reception (breakfast) was so friendly and welcoming that she made our day perfect. Room was spacious and super comfortable.

I like the comfortable bed...my daughter didn't even want to get out of bed because it was so comfy - we stayed in twin bed room. The breakfast is good.... pleasantly surprised to see a good selection of Indian vegetarian options...roti canai,tosei,idli with chutney, chick pea curry, dhall curry etc.. The restaurant staff are pleasant & courteous....so are most of the staff. Overall, i had a pleasant stay there.

The overall room square fit is outstanding. Large and comes with a balcony with seaview. Thou it does have smaller sized bathroom.
