Location was great. We were attending a wedding at a popular venue in Battle, Amelia Cottage was a 10 min walk away, so very convenient. A better option of a house rather than staying in a hotel as we had a 9 year old child with us. Beds were comfy. On site parking also good. The owner was very approachable and it was nice to meet him on arriving.

It was such a wonderful home away from home for a week. The host met us on arrival and helpfully showed us around, the biscuits on arrival were a lovely touch too! The house was very clean and you could tell it had been lovingly looked after, we had the best time, thank you.

Very cozy and well decorated house with all the facilities you may need. Beautiful kitchen with multiple ovens and plenty of working space. The house is nice and warm and the living room has an electric fire place which blows warm air into the room which is so nice for winter. The kind owner welcomed us, standing by the road to alert us of where we should park. Basic needs like soap and toilet paper were well stocked but there was also some milk, cookies, tea and coffee. We loved this house. The photos don't do it justice, we were not expecting it to be this big, comfortable and cozy.
