Everything!! The staff in particular were so helpful, spoke excellent English and organised tours/buses cheaper than anywhere else. The room is basic but we paid $10 a night for a couple, so was perfect for that- exactly like description. Great location.

Had very good experience in this accomodation. Very nice and friendly people. Helping with everything you could imagine. Including pickup up from bus station. So of course, its not luxury hotel, but it is exactly as described and the people here makes it really nice!

The staff was very helpful, arranging a bus for us to go to Koh Rong, and we even got a scarf as a souvenir, very cute!

Wery friendly stuff. This hotel have everything what you want, loundry, transfer, tuk tuk. I realy recomendet. Near shops, good cafe.

Very nice and welcoming staff, clean room, good services they sent a free tuk tuk to collect us at the bus station, we booked our boat transfer to Siem Reap at the hotel

Great location and friendly staff . This hotel suits what Battambang is all about and is good value all round. We were pleased to stay in town rather than on the outskirts. Really enjoyable couple of days

Everything was just perfect! A big, great room. I never slept in such a huge bed like this 😊 Very quite!! I didn’t hear any neighbors and so on. Very good located. Walking distance to everywhere (River, restaurants, supermarket etc). Very helpful and friendly owner and staff 😊 Organized everything dir me, like tour, motorbike, transport to the next destination.

Really good location. Central to the local market and restaurants and bars. The 2 tuk tuk drivers the hotel uses for tours are excellent. Very good English and very informative on the history of Cambodia
