Amazing hostel ! Real backpacker-vibe like I'm missing it in most of the hostels nowadays. The beds were massive and the dorm I stayed in only have 5 beds overall. The bathroom was very clean. The hosts were available for all of my questions and helped me book further transport . The bar downstairs have many locals in the evening and damn , all of them can play pool 😅 It was alot fun even I lost most of the games !! Definetly recommended and I surely will be back !

Excellent location on a quiet street just around the corner from the happening, and oddly named, street 2.5. There's a bar downstairs and a restaurant which only has pizzas in the evening. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff. They sell bus tickets and arrange excellent Tuk tuk tours that pack the bunch into the day. Can recommend the southern tour. Bicycles and motorbikes for hire just 20 m down the street. I had a balcony room on the top floor and it was superb. Bamboo furniture, a fridge and windows on 3 sides and a huge sliding glass door that opened up to the balcony with tables and chairs. So nice and airy.

I had a great stay in Ganesha Hostel. It’s located close to the bus station and convenient to everything. They offer amazing and insightful tours of Battambang and I would strongly recommend doing one.

Absolutely loved my stay at Ganesha! The pricing was fantastic, offering incredible value for money. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the service was top-notch, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. It's the perfect spot for backpackers - a welcoming atmosphere with great people all around. I can't wait to return next time I'm in town!
