As the event manager for our company I booked our team into the hotel whilst they were working in the area. The director and the team have stayed at this property a few times before and always had a good experience. The team advise that the hotel was good and to their expection. Unfortunately the stay was marred greatly by the extremely bad customer service received by staff member Sheree, but eventually was resolved as best as possible once the owner became aware of it. I highly recommend Steven and his hotel, however if you encounter Sheree then steer well clear no matter what capacity she might be in.

The customer service was great, had to call about a wifi problem and it was solved quickly and the woman I talked to was very kind Soap and hair products were fantastic, smelt great Very big tv in room with access to Netflix and more

Room was exactly like the picture, which is refreshing. There are many common areas which have lounges and TVs and there are fully equipped kitchens too. Bed was comfortable enough.

It was great to stay in a historic place , accommodation was comfortable with kitchen facilities to use, it is a let yourself in by a lockbox on the weekend, and so close to Mt Panorama Racetrack.

The building is so interesting, I loved all the communal sitting areas and kitchens, the covered balconies, the games room where you could read, play air hockey or foosball. We had the king suite which had ensuite and air-conditioning. The bed was so comfortable. The building was inspiring and I loved that our room looked out onto a field where we heard sweet birds singing.

Beautiful old building with clean, well appointed rooms and excellent facilities. Lovely communial spaces. Very close to Mt Panorama and easy reach to shops and amenities.
