Great location, car park is a big bonus. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent, clean and modern. Bright and comfortable living room. Good laundry facilities. Also the property is really quiet despite central location.

The location was really central yet Walcot Yard was very peaceful. It was great to have a parking space. The property was really clean and with lovely fittings. It also had under floor heating so was really snug (we visited in November).

The property was absolutely beautiful, well located with an easy walk into all the main sights and close to a Waitrose. Host was exceptional and a rare find these days for accommodation bookings. Perhaps Sabine can teach some other hosts how to provide the perfect experience. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Walcot yard is a lovely modern house right at the city centre. It has very easy access to bars, restaurants, shops and all the historic attractions. At the same time is quiet and relaxing. It has all modern cons and Sabine was very responsive at the other side of the phone. We had a good time and I recommend it.

Excellent location, friendly and responsive host; little special touches (like cake and prosecco); inclusion of necessities (like coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar). Beautiful accommodation.

Beautiful apartment. Sabine was an exceptional host she had a lovely cake and a bottle of presecco left in for us on arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the decor quirky and unique to each room. The self check in and out was easy and the location was ideal..

The property was delightful. It was modern, clean and spacious.The location was the highlight, we walked out and instantly felt like we were in the scene of a movie.
