We were only staying in Bath for one night so I liked that we were super close to centre of town. I appreciated the milk in the fridge for a cuppa in the morning.

Perfect location, clean , comfortable, everything you need for a stay away, one thing I would say there wasn't a hairdryer apart from that the kitchen was fabulous all mod cons.

Excellent central location, good facilities and easy access from bus and train stations. The hotel staff were always there to answer questions and sort out the WIFI for us, which worked well.

Stayed in one of the flats last year so knew what to expect. Love the cosy space and central location. Managed by the Harrington Hotel round the corner, so handy to be able to leave bags there - not always possible in holiday flats.

This place has excellent location, plenty of space, fully equipped clean kitchen, very comfortable bed and beddings, very responsive assistance, nice toiletries etc. One of the best places we have stayed on holiday.

Fantastic location in the hub of Bath although still peaceful. Had a great nights sleep In very comfortable bed. Appreciated the milk, tea bag’s and other essentials as have stayed in some places where nothing is provided.

Absolutely everything. The our flat was on the first floor (there are 3) very concise instructions on codes to enter the property and to get ke.y from box outside your flat. The lovely cleaning ladies prioritise our flat so we could get in earlier then 3pm for our daughters graduation for the same time . The main bedroom has a good Size double bed & a single bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed which comfortably accommodated my stepson who's over 6ft and is over 20st . The kitchen has everything you need to cook most meals it evens has a individual wine chiller . The heating was put on for us and I liked the quirky lamps in the bedroom . Bedding is clean and there is extra pillows and duvet in the cupboard for those sleeping on the sofa bed. There is little extras like washing up liquid and tea towel for you use. And a small bottle of milk in the fridge for us plus sachets of coffee & sugar. The flat is above a carpet shop but in a area surrounded by various cafes offering fresh fish or Thi the sainsbury express is nearby for everything else . There are car parks within 5-10 mins but its worth getting the Mi-permit app as the machines are frequently out of order . There is a smaller carpark next to the flat called kingsmead Square which charges £11 for overnight stay which we used to on the morning that we were leaving but we got the impression that it was less secure at night time then the other car parks in the town centre . I do recommend this flat it's lovely and clean & spacious for 3-4 people. We took our dog and they provided a small bed & Bowl for them . Highly recommend if your planning a stay in Bath as long as you don't have mobility issues due to the stairs .
