Hotel Overview

This small boutique hotel located in the centre of Bath, just around the corner from the iconic Pulteney Bridge, The Roseate Villa Bath is set within its own gardens and has a private car parking.
Every room at The Roseate Villa Bath includes Hypnos beds, with feather-light goose down duvets and Egyptian cotton bed linen. All classic and superior rooms come with double beds, while the deluxe, luxury and suites come with super king beds. Well-equipped bathrooms include luxury toiletries and fluffy bath sheets.
Every morning guests can enjoy an award-winning breakfast, in a light, elegant ground-floor dining room with complimentary Buck's Fizz and home made smoothies.
The Henrietta Bar & Restaurant for dinner is available from 18.00-20.30. Monday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday and Sunday, offering Modern Eurpoen cuisine. Afternoon Tea is served every day between 13.00-16.00 in our Henrietta Bar & Restaurant, which can be enjoyed alongside stunning views over the historic Henrietta Park.
Guests are a 5-minute walk from the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the many shops and restaurants of Bath. Bath Spa Rail Station is just a 5-minute taxi ride away.

Larger room with a double bed overlooking the garden at the rear of the property and an en suite bathroom. This room cannot accommodate an extra bed. Please note children cannot be accommodated in this room.

Standard Double Room with Garden View - enter dates to see room photos

Compact room featuring a double bed and an en suite bathroom with power shower. This room cannot accommodate an extra bed. Please note children cannot be accommodated in this room.

Deluxe King Double Room with Park View - enter dates to see room photos

The largest rooms with super king-size or twin beds. Some rooms overlook the park and some have both a bath and shower or a generous shower in the en suite bathroom. Some rooms can accommodate extra beds, please request these at the time of reservation as only some rooms can accommodate them. Twin beds are available upon request and are subject to availability.

Luxury King Double Room with Park View - enter dates to see room photos

The largest most luxurious feature rooms. Room 24 and 17 have large bay windows overlooking Henrietta Park; these rooms have baths with showers over in the en-suite. Room 23 is at the back overlooking the garden and has a feature bathroom with separate bath and shower. These rooms can be set up as twin rooms, if you prefer. Please note children cannot be accommodated in this room.

Located on the lower ground floor, these super spacious suite come complete with an opulent master bedroom, dressing room, spacious comfortable sitting room and newly fitted luxury bathroom. The living room can accommodate two sofa beds for children. Overlooking the gardens to the front of the house this is a lovely light filled space.

Offering free toiletries and bathrobes, this double room includes a private bathroom with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer. The double room offers a tea and coffee maker, a dressing room, a carpeted floor, a flat-screen TV, as well as garden views. The unit has 1 bed.
