Great communication from the hosts, easy book in and great private room. Wonderful continental breakfast served to your room. Great location, bus stop outside and public house next door.

Just outstanding. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend. So friendly and the customer service exceptional. There was a plumbing issue that was totally out of the host's control, just one of those things, but they couldn't do enough to make it right. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. The shower was amazing (they rigged up a DIY fix for a time in the morning for us). Breakfast delicious, varied and huge. There really isn't anything I can think of not to like. Book it. You won't regret it.

A nice big room which had a compact table and four chairs, a futon type sofa, a king size bed (which was very comfortable) and plenty of drawer storage plus a cupboard if you wanted to hang clothing. Also handy was a suitcase stand. There was a small fridge which they had kindly stocked a small bottle of milk for the free tea and coffee. A kettle and toaster (which must have been for the Continental breakfast if you ordered that - which was delivered outside your door and you could take into your room). The bathroom had a big shower, heated towel rail, sink and loo. Clean towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and even flannels. Parking outside or free parking also available on the road opposite. Walks near by. Clean and simple - just what you need. It was a very comfortable room and the owners were very helpful and friendly.

It was an amazing experience staying in a 1969 Airstream. Despite its compact size, it had all the essential amenities we needed! :)

Easy check-in, communication from host was good. Breakfast was great, good variety, warm eggs and croissant, served at the time they said it would be. Tea facilities in the room with fresh milk and biscuits was great. The room had a hairdryer and toiletries. It was spacious and minimal. Ample parking/free on road parking. Short drive/bus to the centre of Bath. Soft bedsheets. Heating worked perfectly.

Location superb just right distance from city bus stop right outside with frequent service, apartment style room extremely clean, cosy and really modern with complimentary tea coffee as well as small fridge and toaster. Didn't opt for the breakfast but looked amazing when served to opposite room!!
