Very responsive communication before arrival; warm welcome from hosts Kelly and John; delicious, hot and filling breakfasts. A short walk into Bath and free parking! Room 3 is spacious for a couple and very comfortable for a few days stay.

Friendly welcome when we arrived, the room and bathroom was beautifully clean and cozy and lovely and warm seeing it was icy cold outside. Perfect location for us a 5 min brisk walk to the centre. Breakfast was excellent and brought to our room which was great, ordered the night before with fabulous choices; the full English was delicious! Parking on site although limited space was definitely a positive too!

Excellent location to central Bath, just a few minutes to the city centre. In Bath, free parking is quite rare, the property has parking, though quite tight.
