The comfort of the room, the staff are like family, always helpful and friendly and the meals in the restaurant are excellent. Great place to have a drink in the bar after a day out in bath.

Everything, comfy bed, plenty space, incredibly sweet and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Hotel is situated close to the bus/train station, all the historical sights/centre are also close by. Also appreciated that there was hot chocolate with the teas and coffee in the room!
