A beautiful grand Guesthouse. A lovely warm welcome and clear information given on arrival. My room was so cosy and spotlessly clean. Really good shower.

A very friendly, funny and quirky welcome by Casey who got everybody parked up and did a mass welcome when lots of people arrived at once. Bath is expensive and the price is fair within that bubble. We only had 24 hrs so really just came in to sleep there but the bar looked nice and breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfy and the bathroom was lovely.

Warm welcome, cosy bar area, great breakfast and service, properly dressed tables, with tablecloth and napkins, large bathrooms, nicely decorated rooms, parking on site, walkable distance from town centre.

Large comfortable room, well kept and clean. Welcoming helpful staff. Very convenient for the city centre, about a 10 minute walk to the station. Really useful to be able to park securely at an extra charge.

Extra touches of toiletries, a water carafe and chocolates supplied in the room and devine breakfast. Town centre was a leisurely 15 min walk so very convenient to get to the attractions.
