The hotel is conveniently located. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice variety of options.

fantastic location, right in the heart of town, only a short stroll to somewhere where I could walk the dog (Gravel Walk / Royal Avenue, park). the hotel were super friendly and accommodating, as we had our Boxer dog with us, (they even put a mini fridge in our room especially for his food) We would definitely stay in this lovely, slightly quirky hotel again.

Great location, beautifully furnished and decorated throughout. It's a small hotel. It's very quiet because it's in a pedestrianised part of town. The rooms were very tastefully decorated with quirky detail. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good quality. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Room was beautiful and extremely comfortable bed. Location was perfect for exploring Bath and enjoying local eateries and pubs. Breakfast was excellent.
